The Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored a promotion where any and all individuals in and around Hartland could visit various participating businesses, see their decorated Christmas Tree, have their forms checked off by a representative at that business, and then enter to win a $350 Visa gift card. 

Ms. Carol Taggart and her son were the proud winners of the event and won by a random drawing.
