Information about the Senior All-Night Party
What is the Senior All Night Party (SANP)?
The SANP is a night filled with entertainment, games, food, senior video and prizes for the entire senior class.
When is the SANP?
It is a tradition at Hartland High School. The party is held the night of graduation. This year it is Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Where is the SANP held?
The party is held at Hartland High School which is transformed into a night of celebration with tons of decorations.
Why have the SANP?
The purpose of the party is to provide a place where graduating seniors can celebrate together in a safe environment with supervision and no alcohol or drugs.
How does the SANP come together?
The party comes together with the help of many parent volunteers after months of preparation. Volunteers are needed for setup during the day of the party (June 7th from 9 am until complete) and working the night of the party (from 11 pm until clean up the next morning).
How is the party funded?
Students pay a $50 fee and much of our success can be attributed to the donations of generous sponsors.
How can I help the SANP?
Contact a member of the SANP committee or email our volunteer coordinator Julie Fischer at jafischer24@hotmail.com with your availability.
What happens to the decorations?
Junior class parents arrive Friday morning, June 8th at 4 am to remove decorations they would like to recycle and reuse for next year. Bring vehicles or trailers which can transport large items. Otherwise, they are tossed in the dumpster.
