Our company is looking for a full-time PC Support Technician to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced computer store in Hartland.
PC Support Tech must possess strong communication skills with a positive attitude; be self-driven & work independently; have the ability & willingness to think creatively as well as execute; be a team player, work well with others, & be comfortable taking direction from others; be mature, credible, & comfortable dealing with customers and with problem resolution & managing conflict; & be willing to take on any task in order to achieve desired results.
Job includes computer sales and service, virus removal, upgrades and maintenance, and repair.
Computer experience is a must.
We expect our PC Support Tech to use his/her experience and education to ensure a consistent, high-performing, and high quality product and service to our community in both local and remote scenarios.
