SCHOOLS OF CHOICE OFFERED IN HARTLAND FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 1 ST – 12 TH

The Hartland Consolidated School District is accepting applications for enrollment for the second semester of the 2012/2013 school year for students who do not reside within the district’s boundaries pursuant to section  105 and 105c of the State Aid Act.  These applications will be accepted December 10, 2012 – January 8, 2013.  Offer is for students in grades 1-12 (including Alternative Education). 

Maximum spaces available in each grade are as follows:    

  • 1st  Grade =  5    
  • 2nd  Grade =  5    
  • 3rd  Grade =  5    
  • 4th  Grade =  5    
  • 5th  Grade =  5     
  • 6th  Grade =  5  
  •  7th  Grade =  5
  • 8th  Grade =  5
  • 9th  Grade =  5   
  • 10th Grade =  5  
  • 11th Grade =  5
  • 12th Grade =     5
  • Legacy (Alt Ed)= 10    

A random drawing may be held if more than the maximum number of students applies for a specific grade level.  Transportation will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian; however, Hartland will consider providing transportation from an existing Hartland bus stop.  There is no tuition charge for students accepted for enrollment under this program.  

To apply, complete the application and return it to Paula Waters (paulawaters@hartlandschools.us), Superintendent’s Office, Hartland Consolidated Schools, between December 10 – January 8, no later than 4:00 p.m.  (mail, e-mail or fax)  

Applications may be obtained in person, by mail, by fax or online at hartlandschools.us.

Final selection will be made by January  19, 2013, and notification sent to parent/guardian.
