Chamber Christmas Tree Hunt Gives Locals a Chance at $350

Find all 19 Hartland business Christmas tress by Dec. 14 for your chance to win.

'Tis the season of festive lights, holiday decor and the gift of giving. And now, Hartland holiday consumers have the chance to win big – just by getting into the holiday spirit and visiting area businesses to admire their decorated Christmas trees.

The Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce will kick off their second annual Christmas tree hunt starting Tuesday and anyone who visits every location with a tree will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a cash prize of $350.

Executive Director Jana Warford explained that there was no voting involved with the contest, but only a way to help promote local businesses and say thank you to the community for their support.

"Really what it's trying to do is get people to go into these businesses and check them out," Warford said. "Keeping it local and bringing in some holiday cheer."

To be entered into the drawing, customers will need to get signatures from each location on contest sheets that will be available at business locations. The list must be returned to the Hartland Chamber office or the Hartland Insurance Agency by Dec. 14 to be eligible.

Check out the complete list of participants. The grand prize drawing will be Dec. 17.

Are you a Hartland business displaying a tree this year? Upload a picture of your holiday tree here and share it with Hartland!

Thank you Tatum. The Hartland Area Chamber appreciates Hartland Patch's membership and support. As an FYI, we are giving a $350 Visa/Mastercard Debit card to one lucky winner. Forms can be downloaded at www.hartlandchamber.org. Good luck and thanks for keeping your business local.

Thanks again Tatum... since this is the last week of the event, people needing to get a signature for M&M Christmas Tree Farm should go to Hartland Insurance Agency for that signature please.
