After responding to the suspect's Howell residence, police say the 34-year-old male suspect was found hiding in a small crawl space under the floor in a laundry room of the home.
After being located, police say the male suspect was turned over to investigators from the Michigan Department of Corrections. The 28-year-old female suspect was identified as the wife of the male suspect and was also arrested and lodged in the Livingston County Jail without incident.
Police say a child that was present during the theft was released to a family member.
