Detter Soccer Academy Hosting Inaugural Camp for Hartland Youth
Registration is now open for the 2012 Notre Dame Soccer Camp.
Registration for the Justin Detter Soccer Academy inaugural camp, partnered through the Hartland Community Soccer Association, starts Monday, Jan. 23.
The soccer camp, which will run July 12 - 15, will take place at Farms Intermediate School, 581 Taylor Rd., on Thurs. and Fri. from 5-8 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. and Sun. 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. Instructors will include former players from the University of Notre Dame, including Detter himself.
Detter, an All-American and All-State player during his years at Holly High School, received a full scholarship to Notre Dame and went on to play professionally in the MLS league with the Kansas City Wizards.
In 2005, Detter returned home to Michigan and founded the Justin Detter Academy and has been the head trainer for Hartland Community Soccer Association since 2011.
According to a press release to Hartland Patch, Detter has “an extreme passion for teaching the game of soccer to all ability levels.”
Detter, along with his staff, are hoping to teach the game to area youth while providing “limitless soccer knowledge, amazing ability and a connection with the players, coaches and parents.”

Oops, didn't mean to hit the submit button. Our kids have went to the rec training and after the training my son and daughter couldn't stop talking about how much they learned and how much fun they had!!!!!!
