Hartland Chamber Christmas Tree Hunt Ends Friday

There's still time to win a gift basket with items from local businesses that in total are valued at more than $1,000.

 

Today is the last chance for an opportunity to win a gift basket with goodies that are valued at more than $1,000 in the Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree hunt.

Items such as holiday movie DVDs, a car safety kit and gift cards for local businesses are in the basket. Hartland Smilemakers even offered up a teeth whitening package. In total, nearly 30 businesses and local organizations each contributed items worth at least $25.

You'll need to visit each participating location (see below) and get a signature on a contest form. That list must be turned into the Hartland Insurance Agency by 5 p.m. Those who meet the deadline will be entered in a grand prize drawing Monday for the basket.

Note, the Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce — the site for home-based and some out-of-town participants — is normally open until 2 p.m. (although if it's past that time and you're trying to do this, it might not hurt to check).
