Former Detroit Lion and Hartland Dad Taken into Custody by the FBI

Mark Grabowski, the Hartland dad and former Detroit Lions defensive lineman suspected of kidnapping his 11-year-old son, has been taken into custody in South Dakota, according to Livingston County Sheriff Bob Bezotte.
"What we know so far is that Mark was taken into custody without incident," Bezotte said. "Connor is in good health and arrangements are being made to return him to Michigan to his mom."
Grabowski, who failed to return his son to his mother last weekend, was located by the FBI, according to Bezotte.
A YouTube video with Connor telling viewers that he had not been kidnapped by his father, but went on his own free will was recently released. Bezotte said the Connor appeared to be coached in the video and may have been a "little brainwashed." Bezotte said that Grabowski should have taken legal recourse rather than take his son away.
"This doesn't help the situation," Bezotte said referring to the video. "It actually makes it worse."

I believe there is a lot more to this story. I want to know more facts before I past any judgement on this father. His son claims he was NOT kidnapped. Makes me wonder what is going on at Moms house. Just saying............

Livingston county Friend Of.the Court who handels these situations is very sexist and i know.exactly why he didnt take legal action in this matter. They ( LCFOC ) are ALWAYS making judgements against fathers and unless the woman is a "proven" drug addict fathers have no chance in hell of receiving custody of their childeren.

Bob, funny yoy would say that. My friend has to let the man who fathered her child have visitation even though he has threated to kill her and his girlfriends son has said he was going to slit their throats. Both little boys are terrified to see their dad but are being forced to.

Friend of the Court is a joke! They ruin people's lives, the people who work there are miserable! And they treat the people who pay their salaries like dirt because they hate their miserable job! I will never get married again, they're a freaking joke!

The amount of tax money we're spending because people can't sort out their own family problems is ridiculous. A custodial fight is hardly "kidnapping."
