Hartland Holiday Tree Parade — Hartland Smilemakers

Featured Dec. 14: Hartland Smilemakers
Employees at Hartland Smilemakers made their own ornaments for this tree that's part of the Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree hunt contest. The dentist practice provided a gift certificate for a free whitening package for the grand prize gift basket. Within the office, patients also are voting on 1. Most Creative, 2. Most Festive (Christmas-like), 3. Best use of Materials and 4. Most in need of an art lesson.

Happy holidays, Hartland. As much as possible the rest of the year we hope to feature as many Christmas trees from area families, business and organizations.

So, we're now in the midst of featuring as many trees we can from the Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree hunt contest. Its grand prize, BTW, is a gift basket with items that are worth more than $1,000. See below for more details.

How to contribute your tree photo

To add a photo, click on "add your photos" under the photo. If you add this way, be sure to include click "edit your photo" after uploading and add the following details:

  • A general location of where the tree is, such as your home, office, etc.
  • When the picture was taken
  • Anything special about the tree that you'd like to share
  • Where you live — Hartland, Deerfield Township, Oceloa Township, etc.

And don't worry, while it won't immediately be the featured photo, we will give it top billing on another day.
