We picked this Elmo-ized pumpkin from Spicer Orchards Farm Market & Cider Mill. Elmo is one of our daughter's favorite characters. Have some Halloween decorations you'd like to share? We'll feature them on this site all week long as we receive them.

Oooooo, Vampire Elmo — that's scary … Or maybe just fun.

So, OK, we're not exactly the people who go overboard for Halloween decorations, but we do get in the holiday spirit. At Hartland Patch, we'd like to feature any photos you have of your Halloween decorations.

If you have any you can add them here or you can email me at chris.machniak@patch.com and I'll repost this feature or a new one to showcase your hauntings for all to see.

Please include who is in the photo (if appropriate) where the photo or photos were taken and when.

Not sure how to upload pictures on our site? Read these instructions courtesy of Fenton Patch.

And remember, if you have some cute pictures of your children in their Halloween attire, Patch also is running a costume contest with celebrity judge Heidi Klumm that you can enter.

About this column: In traveling in the Hartland area, we all come across scenes worthy of a picture. Or as Hartland area residents, we might capture some special moments while we're outside of the community. This column is dedicated to showcasing the best of these snapshots. If you'd like to contribute, please feel free to upload photos or email Hartland Patch editor Christofer Machniak at christofer.machniak@patch.com if you need help. Please include: where and when it was taken, names of any people in the shot and where they are from, and a general description of what's going on in the photo.
