Vote for Your Favorite Heritage Day Scarecrow
Hartland businesses need your votes in deciding who has the best scarecrow this year.

You may have seen some of them already – the spiderman scarecrow dangling in front of the Hartland Fire Department or the crow-themed scarecrow, courtesy of the Audubon Society, in front of Tyme Well Spent, decorating the village of Hartland.
And so it begins.
The local businesses and organizations participating in the Second Annual Hartland Heritage Day scarecrow contest need your votes.
With three categories to choose from, the community will decide which scarecrow was the most impressive or entertaining this year.
The three categories to choose from are:
- Most Interesting
- Most Colorful
- Most Historic
Ballots can be filled out and returned to the Cromaine District Library, village location, the Hartland Chamber or emailed to info@hartlandchamber.org. Please be sure to fill out which category you are voting for and all ballots must be received by 12 p.m. on Sept. 21.
The winner will be announced this Saturday at 12 p.m. during the Heritage Day events.
