5 Things to Know About Holiday Glow 2013

Brighton's Annual Holiday Glow will take place on Saturday, November 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Main Street in downtown Brighton.

1. The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce, Stillwater Grill and Champion Automotive Group will host Brighton’s Annual Holiday Glow on Saturday, November 23 from 4 p.m.- 7 p.m. on Main Street in downtown Brighton. 

2. Holiday Glow is the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual event that formally launches the holiday season in the City of Brighton. 

3. Special performances this year by the Russian Classical Ballet and Child of the Promise, horse drawn hay rides, the popular Jollie Choo-Choo train, a nativity petting farm, a station to write letters to Santa, pictures with the reindeer, tasty holiday treats and Santa.

4. Santa and Mrs. Claus will join the City’s Honorable Mayor Jim Muzzin, along with Mike Marino and Jon King of WHMI’s “Morning Crew” on stage at the Mill Pond at approximately 6 p.m. 

5. After receiving the key to the city from the Mayor, Santa will magically light the trees to fill the streets with holiday cheer.
