St. John Church 2nd Annual Car Show

St. John Catholic Church in Howell will be hosting its

2nd Annual Car Show on Saturday, July 23rd from 9am – 3pm.  St. John’s is located at 2099 N. Hacker Rd, Howell, MI  48855 (corner of M-59 & Hacker Rds).

Show Car entrance fee is $20.  There will be a $500 raffle drawing for show car entrants and awards will be presented in the following categories:

1st and 2nd Place for 1900-1937, 1938-1957, 1958-1970, 1971-2011

Best GM,Best Ford/Lincoln/Mercury, Best Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge, Best European and Best
in Show.

General Admission is $2 per car.  This event includes a fantastic Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle and a Bake Sale.  Lunch will also be available, sponsored by St. John’s Knights of Columbus.

This year’s special features include:

 LPE Corvette ZR-1 and an Italian Super Car owned by Ken Lingenfelter of Lingenfelter Performance Engineering;     

Billy Glidden’s  ADRL  10.5 Outlaw Ford Mustang, winner of many drag racing events;

and the F-87 Chevy Camaro owned by Joe Lendway, built by RadRides by Troy.

The St. John Car Show Schedule is as follows:

9am – 11am   Show Cars arrive

10am-1:30pm Silent Auction bidding

11am-1pm      Judging

11am-2pm      Lunch and Bake Sale

1pm-2pm       Awards Presented

2pm-3pm        Raffle & Silent Auction winners announced.
