1. The weather

There will be a chance of snow before 11am, then a chance of rain and snow with a high near 38, according to the National Weather Service. Moving into the evening hours, chance of precipitation is 70% with new snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

3. Hartland Schools Open for School of Choice

Hartland Consolidated Schools will once again be opening for Schools of Choice Open Enrollment for the 2012/2013 school year. Applications will be accepted beginning March 1st through August 31st. Check out the following link for additional information.

4. Cromaine Library Hosts Mid-Winter Book Sale

Cromaine District Library Friends' Mid-Winter Books & a Whole Lot More Sale takes place from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24 and from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25. Paperbacks, media, kids' books, and books for adults, too. Only 10 cents each.
