3. Comedy Night Fundraiser for Senior All-Night Party

The senior all night party committee is having a comedy night fundraiser to help raise money for the senior all night party for the 2012 graduates. The comedy show will be May 4 at 8:30 pm at the Captain Joes in Whitmore Lake. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the front desk of the in Hartland.

4. Hartland newspaper received a Bronze Medal

Hartland High School's newspaper received a Bronze Medal at the Michigan Interscholastic Press Association’s state journalism awards held April 17. Senior Kaila Pietila received both 1st and 2nd place for Professionally Published Page and Kaila, Julia Ollearis, Danielle Buffa and Savanah Moore each received Honorable Mentions in three other categories. Congratulations to The Eagle sponsor, Elaine Bell.

5. Hartland trivia

Congrats to Stefanie Furge for correctly answering Wednesday's question — Most of the graves were moved from the Old St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery on Brophy Road- where were they moved to? Answer: St. John's
