3. LEGO Robotics Rookie Camp at Hartland Farms Intermediate School

See robots and learn about the opportunities in Hartland LEGO Robotics for kids ages about 9 - 12. Coach Matt Bednarsky will be there to teach parents and kids about the F.I.R.S.T. Robotics group and how it can add to your child's education and talents. This is the first meeting for the new seasons of the Robotics club, and the group will continue to meet over the summer to learn more. Meet in the Multi-Purpose Room at Farms Intermediate School. www.usfirst.org

4. Annual SELCRA Golf Outing

is currently seeking foursomes for its 24th Annual SELCRA Golf Outing fundraiser. The proceeds from our event are used for providing our community’s residents with excellent recreation services that promote individual, community, economic and environmental stewardship. The 2011 event helped SELCRA raise more than $6000 for recreation. With your help, SELCRA is aiming to raise more than $10,000 in 2012.
