3. First Ever St. Practice Day Coming this Thursday
The Hartland Chamber is hosting the first-ever St. Practice Day to get ready for St. Patrick's Day. The event will be held at and will feature live music - Dragon Wagon - Irish food, beer & wine tasting, networking, 50/50 raffles, Chamber members hosting tables to present their business, etc. The event will benefit the Chamber & St. Baldrick's for kid's fighting cancer. The community is welcome and tickets can be purchased on our website at hartlandchamber.org.

4. Midas the therapy dog dies
Midas, the therapy dog, died of lung cancer on Wednesday at age 7 after five years of serving the Livingston County community, according to the Press & Argus. Midas volunteered at several local schools, libraries, senior homes, and hospitals, notably St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital in Howell.
