3. Hartland Coalition Creates Awareness Among Teens
A public forum will take place this Thursday at the in room 47 starting at 6:30 p.m., according the the Press & Argus. The group consists of parents, educators and community leaders committed to creating awareness of the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and drug abuse. 4. Hartland Man Questions Sewer Rates
Hartland resident Joseph J. Da Mour says that he is paying for a service he no longer gets in a letter to the Livingston County Press & Argus. In Da Mour's letter, he says that although Hartland township discontinued the use of fluoride in the water to save money, they still increased the sewer rates by 2 percent.
"So now I am paying for a service I no longer receive. This is larceny by trick," he wrote.
