4. Enrollment is Now Open For Free Police Academy
Registration is now open for a free 30-hour instructional academy, which is a joint venture between the area police departments, according to WHMI. The free academy is open to 18 and older who live or work in certain communities. Classes are held on Wednesday from September 5th through November. The registration deadline is August 15th.
