Hartland Celebrates It's Heritage

Heritage Day events in Hartland celebrated the history of the village.

Heritage Day activities took place in the village of Hartland in Saturday. The day will filled with family-friendly events such as a barn raising, petting zoo, hay rides through the village, musical performances and more.

Winners were also announced in the scarecrow contest which were displayed the past week leading up to Heritage Day.

In an email to Hartland Patch, Cromaine director Ceci Marlow said that the library would like to thank all the businesses who put up scarecrows and to those who took the time to vote.

Certificates and a coupon for a free pizza from Little Caesar's will be distributed to the winners. They will be held at the Cromaine Library in the Village circulation desk in the patron pick-up folder.
