The Detroit Wine Organization and Team Joseph present 'In Wine There Is Hope', a charity wine tasting event on Thursday, August 23 from 6:30-9:30pm.
Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Rick Porcello will serve as honorary chairman for the evening hosted at one of the largest private car collections in the nation, Lingenfelter at 7819 Lochlin Drive in Brighton.
All proceeds from the event benefit Team Joseph, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to fund cutting edge research to find a treatment or cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

The charity wine tasting will include more than 70 wines, beer sampling, strolling dinner, music and silent auction. Tickets are $75 each and may be purchased by emailing Dorene Pulgini at dlp1201@comcast.net or visiting www.detroitwine.org.
