Santa Claus arrives the main station of the Hartland Area Fire Department via fire engine for a noon to 5 p.m. visit. Photos with Santa are a highlight along with activities that include an elves workshop, decorate you own cookie and hot chocolate table and a mailbox so that Santa can take letters with him.
The event is free, but the Hartland Deerfield Fire Fighters Association asks for $5 donation to get pictured with Santa. A flash drive will be provided of all photos for $10. All proceeds benefit chairities and families the association helps.
Children will get to see Santa on a first-come, first-serve basis and a "take-a-number" system will be used.
