Exercise can help change your health, here are some good reasons to start today...

Most people look at exercise as a way to lose weight and look fit.  Exercise can be much more than that.  Without boring you to pieces, exercise is extremely  stimulating to your brain.  The most important thing about exercise is to find something that is fun.

How do you think your health would be if you were just a couch potato?  I’m certain it wouldn’t be what you want it to be.  At Awesome Chiropractic we promote the DREAM Principle of:  Diet, Rest, Exercise, Adjustment and Mindset.  Exercise is a vital part to your health care program.

  1. Confidence builds success.  Once your body starts making the changes you desire, you will feel good about yourself and that will give you the confidence to make any change you’ve been wanting or dreaming to make.  It could be a new  outfit, taking a trip, changing careers, looking good just to look good.
  2. It keeps you busy.  Exercising will get you off the couch and give you the energy to work on house or personal projects.  Exercising will kick out procrastination!
  3. Exercising keeps your heart healthy.  Your heart is a muscle; it also needs a daily workout to keep it working efficiently. 
  4. Exercising is stress relief.  When you exercise, the things you’re stressed
    about do not seem so bad.  You might even
    find solutions to your issues.
  5. Exercising sets a good example for children.  Children learn what they see.  When a child sees a parent exercising, that child will want to play outside or exercise.  A child will want to do what the parent does.

Exercising will make you feel great and you will live longer!  Exercising will create peace and harmony inside your body, healing what ails, causing you to feel happy, your body will feel happy, and you will feel great about your looks!

Start simple, walking outside is exercise.  Only consult your doctor, if he/she is under a regular exercise program themselves.  Why would you talk to someone about exercise who doesn’t exercise?

Please remember that exercise is a part of health care.  Good food, rest,  neurological balance and a positive mindset are also just as important.  If your focus in on only one of these, you are missing out big time.
