Wake Up Tomorrow And Live Better!

Imagine waking up tomorrow feeling better than you ever felt. What would you do better that day? How would that make you feel? How would your family feel? What would you accomplish? At Awesome Chiropractic, we feel this is what we should strive for everyday.

I took this list from an article I read recently: Rich Parenting vs. Poverty Parenting by Thomas C. Corley, and I changed it to fit a healthy persons habits.

Here Are Ten Healthy Habits That Healthy People Do To Make Their Life Better:

  1. Healthy individuals have eliminated most of their bad daily failure habits and replaced them with good daily success habits
  • Healthy individuals set daily, monthly, annual and long-term goals. They understand the difference between a wish and a goal.
  • Healthy individuals engage in 30 minutes a day of daily mind stimulating reading.
  • Healthy people are active people. They exercise aerobically 30 minutes a day, four days a week and stay below their "caloric threshold" (This is the number of calories consumed each day that will neither make you gain weight nor lose weight). For men this ranges from 2,000 calories a day to 2,600 calories a day. For women this ranges from 1,500 calories a day to 2,100 calories a day.
  • Healthy individuals manage their relationships every day. Strong relationships are the currency of the fulfilled. They employ certain strategies to grow their relationships such as: "The Hello Call", "The Happy Birthday Call" and "The Life Event Call". They use a specific strategy to help them increase their Healthy Relationships and eliminate their Sickly Relationships.
  • Healthy individuals live each day in moderation. They eat in moderation, spend in moderation, work in moderation and play in moderation.
  • Healthy individuals complete at least 70% of the tasks on their daily "to do" list.
  • Healthy individuals engage in "Health Thinking". They are upbeat, positive and focused on achievement.
  • Healthy individuals invest in their body. They are not afraid to pay for help, instead of taking their insurance company’s guidelines.
  • Healthy individuals control their thoughts and emotions, every day.
  • Healthy people understand how important it is to have a good working spine and nervous system. (A bonus thot for you).
  • So, if you would like to wake up tomorrow and be able to live your life better than ever, the changes are up to you.
