The Hartland Area Historical Society is hosting a 6 p.m. Old Fashion Christmas Potluck on Dec. 1 at the Florence B. Dearing Museum, 3505 Avon St, in the village area.
Attendees are being asked to bring ornaments to decorate a tree as well as a dish to pass. An old-fashioned organ from the museum will be used for caroling.
The cost is free, but the society is encouraging those who attend to make a donation or become a member that evening. The annual membership fee is $10 for an individual, $15 for a family or $50 for a business.
