Summer Sizzler, the biggest and best fundraiser yet for The Connection Youth Services of Howell, takes place from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26 at scenic Waldenwoods Resort & Conference Center.
The Connection Youth Services (TCYS), located in Howell, provides help to teens and families in crisis; it is a program of the Livingston Family Center, a non-profit United Way agency.
Appetizers, a preview and a silent auction start at 5:30 p.m.

The event also includes a buffet dinner, drinks and dessert as well as carriage rides along Lake Walden. It’s emceed by Steve Garagiola, and features lots of great auction items. (Cash or check only accepted for auction items.)
Tickets are $35 each or 2 for $60. A table for 8 is only $225.
