It's Thursday and here are five tidbits of news and information that we hope you'll find useful or entertaining.

LEGACY — which stands for Lets Educate, Graduate and Care for our Youth! — was founded in 1982 as an alternative high school and has a current enrollment of more than 100 students. It holds its classes and programs at the , which once was the main high school.

Be careful driving in the fog this morning, but once it burns off expect sunny skies and a high of near 75 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight, temperatures will drop to about 49 degrees with dense fog once again rolling in after 4 a.m.
