Sun Communities, a company that owns nearly 60 mobile home parks across the country, has recently bought Cider Mill Crossing at Old U.S. 23 and Parshallville Road in Tyrone Township, according to a report in the Tri-County Times.

The firm bid $410,000 at a state auction in late September for the property, which had been operated by Livingston County after previous owners defaulted, the report said.
