Severe Weather Remains Possible Overnight, Monday

Watch expires but the National Weather Service warns a risk for thunderstorms remains.

A severe thunderstorm watch expired Sunday night without any rumbles in the Hartland area, but the National Weather Service says there remains a chance for bad weather overnight and Monday.

Monday's forecast is for showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm, according to the weather service. The skies are expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 64, a forecast said.

A south southwest wind is expected between 13 and 17 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent, according the weather service.
