When/where: 6 p.m. Friday at Kahuna Coffee, 1836 N. Old U.S. 23

Why Go: Enjoy Christian rock by Jim Cieszkowski, who will donate half of his proceeds from the event to the Shepherd of the Lakes youth group. That includes tips and his share of sales at the coffee house that night.

When/where: 7 p.m. Friday at the Huron Valley Council for the Arts, 205 W Livingston Rd, in Highland.

Why Go: See nationally-recognized, critically-acclaimed photographer Lynn Ann Markarian’s Michigan Inspired fine art photography exhibit. Her exhibit and is available through Oct. 29 at HVCA. Gallery hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday as well as from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

When/where: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Tanger Outlets, 1475 N. Burkhart Rd., in Howell.

Why go? The fourth annual fundraiser will raise money for the Livingston County Salvation Army. Registration for the car show ends at noon Saturday. Judging for the car show takes place at 3:30 p.m. A drive-in movie starts at 7 p.m.

Price: $20 for car registration, $5 for drive-in movie admission.

4. 'I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change'

When/where: 7 p.m. Saturday at the , 7878 Brighton Rd, in Brighton

Why go? Off-Broadway’s phenomenal longest-running musical celebrates the modern-day suburban mating game. The audience will fill the theater with laughter as the cast explores the joys of dating, romance, marriage, lovers, husbands, wives and in-laws.

When/where: 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the , 8507 Parshallville Rd.

Why go? Listen to the music of Buck and Carolyn Purchase of Parshallville from the cider mill's lower deck. Carolyn Purchase was the 2009 Livingston County Sensation winner.
