2. HARTLAND FARMER'S AND FLEA MARKET

When/where: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the .

Why go? Farm fresh food and local vendors that sell a variety of items.

Pricing: Free, except for what you buy :)

3. TEAM KENDAL KIDZ FUNDRAISER

When/where: All day Saturday at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Genoa Township.

Why go: Bands, 50/50 auction and basket auctions in a tent outside the restaurant that have been brought together to raise money for Team Kendal Kidz, which was founded in memory of Hartland High School junior Kendal Lividini, who died in January of leukemia. The organization raises money for cancer research and camps for children fighting the disease.

Pricing: $5 to enter the tent.

4. THE RED WHITE BLUE DANCE

When/where: 8 p.m. at the New Life Center, 521 N Mill St, in South Lyon.

Why go: Put on by The Dance Project, this event is sponsored by First Robotics Team #3536, so it's both robotics-themed and red, white and blue themed (in First Robotics colors). There'll be a "tectonic" dance demo and short instruction along with swing instruction.

Pricing: $5

Where/when: , 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday.

Why go? Call the neighbor down the street, your friend from college, the really smart guy that sits in the corner cube at work and bring them all to a bar or restaurant near you to play the fastest growing craze in Metro Detroit.
