College Savings Workshop

Cleary University and
The Michigan Department of Treasury’s Section 529 college savings plans, Michigan
Education Trust (MET) and Michigan Education Savings Program (MESP) are hosting
a “College Savings Workshop” event on Wednesday, April 16th from 2-7
p.m. at the Cleary University Johnson Center Atrium located at 3750 Cleary Dr,
Howell, MI 48843.

Cleary University, MET
and MESP staff will be on hand to educate parents, grandparents and others
about saving for college and the college admission and financial aid processes.  College savings experts from the MET and
MESP will provide the features and benefits of Michigan’s 529 college savings
plans and the opportunity to purchase a MET contract and open a MESP
account.   Cleary University financial
aid experts will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns parents or
students may have regarding college admissions qualifications and completing the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
