A women's self defense program for ages 14 and up. Learn to act on stressful situations rather than being controlled by them in a fun, go at your own pace environment. "Grace Under Pressure" is a hands on study of personal protection at home, school and at the workplace. We've designed street wise techniques so that size or strength, age or athletic ability are not factors in defending one's self.
