River offers Bond initiative to interested Community Investors

The River Church has just passed its two-year anniversary of a three-year initiative to build a new campus on 74 acres of property in Hartland. As an important next step in this initiative, the church is offering investment bonds to its membership and to the community. “We're excited about the progress of The River Church's new building and campus on M-59 and it happens to be one of the largest construction projects in Livingston County right now," said Greg Williams, Executive Pastor. Williams added, "Currently, we're offering a solid investment opportunity to our church members and the public through a bonding program. This program gives everyone the opportunity
to earn a great return on their investment and completes the financing for the new campus. We welcome the community to come to one of the informational meetings to learn more.”The bond initiative will allow investors to earn 7.50% interest on their savings while supporting the building of the new campus. Instead of borrowing money from the bank and paying it back with interest, the public can invest in bonds and the River pays the investment back with interest. Their investment is secured by the building and the property.Meetings will be offered to help explain to the public how they can earn up to 7.50% interest for their Savings, IRA or other Retirement Plan or their Child’s Education.  Please check our website for additional meeting times, there are several opportunities, on May 4th and 5th, and finally Bond reservation times on 5/18. www.theriveron59.com.
