RetakeOurGov hosts a “Statewide Public Policy
Survey” presentation

Hartland, MI – RetakeOurGov will host a survey
on Statewide Public Policy at our monthly meeting on March 10,
2014 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Memories Restaurant located at 1840 South Old U.S.
23, Brighton, Michigan 48114. The public is welcome.

This survey is being conducted by the Center for Michigan.
This is your chance to voice your opinion on issues such as increasing the gas
tax, increasing spending on public transportation, environmental issues, etc.

Your responses will be collected electronically and
displayed real time on a large screen. Each participant will be given a
“clicker” to anonymously record his/her response. All responses will be
displayed so everyone can see the sentiment of the group. This is much like the
Fox News Frank Lutz opinion surveys you see concerning political opinion on a
variety of topics.

The results of this survey will be combined with those from
other groups and the summary of all results will be presented to policymakers
in Lansing. This is your chance to make your opinion know to the people in
Lansing who write the laws that we all must live by.

We’ll also be signing up our supporters to be Precinct
Delegates in the Republican Party. This is your chance to become involved in
the political process. Your vote does make a difference.  Delegates have more sway inside the party
than the average citizen. In addition, delegates get to vote on the direction
of the party.

We’ll have a notary at our meeting who will notarize your
signature. The law requires you to sign the Affidavit of Identity in the
presence of a notary.

Join us for what will be an energetic and enlightening evening.

Monday March 10, 2014 at Memories Restaurant, 1840 Old U.S.
23, Brighton, MI 48114.
