Today is the New Moon and the last of the repeating numerical dates … for quite some time to come! This is the last New Moon for the year 2012 and for this Mayan calendar!

The New Moon is always a good time to put forth what it is you want to manifest in your life and world. This is a good time to leave behind in the darkness of the Moon all those aspects that no longer serve your best interest or Higher Self. Views of prejudice, judgement, negativity, resentment, and the like are all aspects that can hold you back from reaching your full potential. They are all ideas and aspects that tend to discolor your view and opinion of others and the world around you.  They cheat you of opportunities and wholeness in your life. They limit your ability to see beyond the boundaries and parameters you have set for yourself, others, and the world at large.  They restrict your ability to learn and engage in moments of change and altered perceptions.

So, during this New Moon … and before the end of the Mayan Calendar and the age of Pisces … witness those aspects that continue to hold you in place … hold you back from reaching your full potential … and let go! Replace those aspects with acceptance, love, truth, understanding, and mindfulness. Don’t start the age of Aquarius or 2013 holding onto what holds you back … holds you in fear … holds your heart in darkness. Step forward! Be fierce in your resolve to move forward in light, love, truth, understanding, acceptance and mindfulness!! As you grow lighter … so will those around you! So share your light … and help light the way for others!
