Three Hartland Township-Owned Properties Open for Hunting

Three properties owned by Hartland Township will be open for hunting this season.  Hunting regulations for these parcels follow rules set forth by the State of Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources.  The three parcels available are: 

·      78.5 acres at the southwest corner of M-59 and Pleasant Valley Road

·      30 acres at the northwest corner of M-59 and Fenton Road

·      95.5 combined acres at the northeast corner of Clyde Road and Runyan Lake Road, adjacent to US-23

“Until they are sold, these properties belong to Hartland Township,” explains Hartland Township Director of Planning David Campbell.   “We are pleased to make these parcels open to hunting, but ask that hunters be considerate of adjacent private property.  The coordinates of these parcels are available on the Township website and we would expect that those hunting would download the parameters to ensure that they do not trespass on private property.”
