Web Designer Says She Loves Hartland Trivia and 'Good Morning, Hartland!'

Please also don't miss our video greeting (at right) from Hartland resident Linda Bowen, who was for 2011. On Friday, we gave the web designer some Patch goodies to add to her bragging rights. Not surprising, she got Monday's trivia question correct. Can you get the right answer before she does today?

1. The weather

More unJanuary weather today (we'll take it) with sunny skies and a high near 42 degrees with winds of 7 miles per hour shifting from the west northwest to the south soutwest, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight, it'll become partly cloudy with a low of around 30 and south winds of 5-11 mph.

  • Lowest price at Hickory Ridge and M-59 in Highland: $3.45 at Citgo.
  • Lowest price in the Fenton area: $3.45 at the Marathon station at N LeRoy and Glenwood
  • Lowest price in the Brighton area: $3.43 at Costco at 6700 Whitmore Lake Rd.

An Adult mystery book club — which is currently reading Burn by Nevada Barr — meets from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Crossroads branch of the .

4. Lions Club thanks Hartland

The Hartland Lions Club thanked the community for helping out during its recent Candy Days event that will allow eight people get eye glasses and exams, according to the January edition of Community Life.
