We often hear people say they never have time to fit in regular exercise throughout the week. Of course, our first response is that your health is most important and exercise should be treated like an appointment you’ve set to see your doctor. It’s important to your health to keep those appointments and regular exercise is no different. Many times we tend to put others needs in front of our own and the truth is, if we don’t take care of ourselves we won’t be able to help take care of the ones we love.
With that being said, we all experience times when it’s very difficult to fit in any kind of exercise. So, I’ve come up with a series of exercises that you can do, taking short breaks in between and repeating for 10 minutes to help you squeeze in some effective exercise when you ABSOLUTELY can’t make it to a class at the gym.
