Cross Training is Key to Weight Loss

Lori Murphy answers the questions about whether lifting weights will make women big and bulky rather fit and trim?

Here's a couple questions I answer from Bob in Hartland and Mary in Wixom for our "Ask the Trainer Tuesday" segment. Bob is seeing his weight loss efforts diminish even though he's regularly doing cardio exercise 5 days a week. And Mary is afraid if she lifts weights as part of her fitness routine it will make her look big and bulky.
