A YouTube video with Connor telling viewers that he had not been kidnapped by his father, but was recently released. Bezotte said the Connor appeared to be coached in the video and may have been a "little brainwashed." Bezotte said that Grabowski should have taken legal recourse rather than take his son away.

"This doesn't help the situation," Bezotte said referring to the video. "It actually makes it worse."
