Monday Morning Crash Kills Driver on US-23

According to reports, the driver, 25, was pronounced dead on the scene in Hartland. The passenger, 25, was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

One man is dead, and another hospitalized, following a crash on US-23 in Hartland Monday morning.

According to a report from WHMI, at 10:30 a.m. Monday morning, a 2004 Chevy Express work van lost control, hit the median and flipped several times along US-23 south of M-59.

The article states that the driver, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, 25, was taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries was not released.

Both men are from Sterling Heights.

The accident remains under investigation.
