A 24-year-old Hazel Park man was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of retail fraud after he returned to the Hartland only hours after police say he stole two large screen televisions, according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department.

Police pulled the man out of the line as he sought to return a different television and two Nintendo Wii gaming units after store officials alerted them he had come back and police had viewed the video.
