A Hartland woman reported credit card fraud.

A Tyrone Township woman who is accused of spraying her neighbor with wasp repellent is not expected back to Livingston County District Court until June 22 after the case was adjourned Wednesday, according to the court.

Susan A. Mann, 67, is charged with unlawfully using a harmful device against another after she and her 38-year-old neighbor quarreled about whether he was on her property as he was mowing the lawn.

The case had been scheduled for a preliminary examination Wednesday, but the prosecution sought more time.

The April 30 dispute began when Mann stopped her vehicle in the street and told the neighbor to leave her property, according to a police report. The victim said he was on his property and gave her the finger, the police report said.

Mann drove home and then approached the victim, who said she sprayed his legs and later his upper body and face, the report said. Police said Mann told them she sprayed his legs and ankle only after she was threatened by him, the report said.

TCF Bank robbery case date set for June 24

The case against two Genesee County men accused of robbing in 2007 has been delayed until June 24 for a settlement conference with June 27 as a possible trial date, according to Livingston County Circuit Court.

Jason T. Patterson, 26, of Burton and Keith A. Williams, 31, of Grand Blanc were arraigned in February on charges of bank robbery after a police received a tip that led them to additional evidence against the two men.

The duo are accused of being the pair who entered the bank about 9 a.m. March 5, 2007, wearing hooded sweatshirts, ball caps and sunglasses, with one man handing a teller a note saying it was a robbery. The two left the bank, 10065 E. Highland Rd., with about $5,000, a figure reported by the Livingston County Daily Press & Argus.

Key to the case was surveillance video from the neighboring 10073 E. Highland Rd., where police say one of the men is shown stealing sunglasses. The images, which were distributed to the media, led to the recent tip.

The case, which was scheduled for last week before the delay, is currently before Livingston Circuit Judge Michael P. Hatty.
