Electronics Target of Special Livingston County Recycling Event

Computers, TVs, cell phones among items accepted Saturday.

Old computers, cell phones and TVs are just some of the items Livingston County that can be recycled for free from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot at the Livingston County East Complex, 2300 E. Grand River Ave, in Genoa Township.

The one-day event — which will be held rain or shine — is open to all residents and small businesses with fewer than 10 employees. No appointment is necessary. Residents concerned about privacy issues should erase or destroy their hard drives prior to the event.

  • Computer parts such as monitors, printers, scanners, circuit boards, hard drives.
  • TV related items such as VCRs, DVDs, satellite receivers and antennas.
