On the Agenda: Hartland Board Meets; Library Featuring Live Music, Harry Potter

A public hearing on a plan to refinance millions of dollars of Hartland Township's debt to improve the township's immediate cash flow will be part of the Board of Trustees meeting 7 p.m. Monday at Township Hall, 2655 Clark Rd.

The move is designed to help officials address projected sewer assessment delinquencies by refunding current bonds by issuing new debt.

  • A presentation by Livingston County Drain Commissioner BrianΒ  Jonckheere on the Lake Tyrone sanitary sewer system that needs to be updated or replaced.
