Highland Township, MI—West Highland Baptist Church (WHBC) is holding its annual Vacation Bible School from Monday, July 18th through Friday, July 22nd. Activities will be from 6 p.m.- 8:30 p.m., each day, at WHBC located at 1116 S. Hickory Ridge Rd., Milford (six miles east of US 23 and ½ mile south of M-59). This year’s adventure “Hometown Nazareth—where Jesus was a kid”— is open to children ages 3 years through those who have just completed grade 5. Admission is free but registration at www.westhighlandbaptistchurch.com is requested.

According to VBS Leader Debbie Hamina, “This year’s exciting, interactive, Vacation Bible School adventure takes children, youth and adults back in time to Jesus’ Hometown of Nazareth. While in Nazareth, they will enjoy high-energy games, hands-on crafts, big-action Bible drama, and tasty snacks.

“And, children of all backgrounds will be intrigued to learn more about the life of Jesus as they hear stories about his childhood from his mom, Mary, and learn how to apply lessons they learn to their own lives,” she adds.
