Prayer Quilt Ministry

Heritage Hills Church's Mending Hearts Prayer Quilt Ministry provides quilts for loved ones who may be ill, grieving or facing other challenges in their lives.

The group meets Mondays from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., except when Monday is a holiday.

We are designing and machine sewing prayer quilts by request for loved ones who are facing challenges in their lives and are in need of prayer.

A Prayer Shawl Ministry is in the beginning stages, meeting at the same time as the Quilting group--for those who knit and crochet.

A short devotional reading and a circle of prayer are part of our meetings in the church Fellowship Hall. For ages 12 through 100!

Anyone interested in joining us on Monday nights to design and machine sew the quilts is warmly welcomed. Quilting experience is not needed to join -- we will teach you!

The quilts are displayed on the altar for Sunday morning worship services at 9:30 and 11:00 am and tied with prayer by members of the Heritage Hills congregation.
