Extreme Cold Closes Hartland Schools for Second Day
Hartland Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 29 due to inclement weather.
The prediction of "extreme temperatures" resulted in Hartland Schools calling for another "snow day" for Wednesday.
The district announced the school closing on the district's website:
Due to the extreme cold, school is closed on Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Our Community Education Classes and the Hartland Senior Center are also closed. However, the Hartland Center at our School St. address, Hartland Community Education Offices, and District Office will remain open. Please stay warm and safe.
